Steve has helped me buy several homes. I've recommended him to everybody I know because of his ability to perform and his attention to detail. He has always acted with complete integrity and honesty with me and my family. Instead of pushing the quick sale for my last home purchase and taking the commission, he urged me not to buy a particular home because it was, unknown to me, overpriced. He could have just taken the money and ran, but looked out for my family's best interest. We are currently looking to move to a larger house and I couldn't imagine anyone representing me but Steve. Recently, he drove all over town and spent half of his day just gathering paperwork and signatures to ensure one of my houses got under contract. It's hard to find that kind of work ethic anymore.
