I highly recommend Samantha (Sam) Finney for all of your real estate needs! Sam was our agent for my husband and I's first home purchase. We decided to build a home in a new construction neighborhood. Sam was key in helping us to pick a lot, a floor plan, finishes, and helped us to strategically choose which upgrades would be the best for long term value. Without her guidance we would have been totally and completely overwhelmed and lost. Samantha was essential in negotiating with the builder's agent. During one of our last pre-move-in inspection meetings, the grading of our back yard was in complete disarray. There was an insane drop off, making it impossible to access the yard outside the basement level from the yard outside of the main level. There was hardly any grass, no access from the back door to the back yard, and it honestly was just a huge muddy mess. At the meeting, the builder's agent and construction manager indicated that there was nothing they could do to remediate the yard situation. After the meeting, we were feeling so disappointed about the situation that we almost walked away from the property entirely. Samantha told us not to worry, and that she would make it right. Sam delivered on her promise and went above and beyond in doing so! I really couldn't believe it. Due to Sam's negotiation and influence, the builder sent out an executive to walk us through the changes they were going to make to our back yard to make it usable at no additional cost to us. Changes included: adding stairs to the porch on the main level to access the yard from the back door, a concrete patio at the bottom of those stairs, a concrete patio outside the basement door, 2 sets of curved timber stair cases with railing so that all levels of the yard are easily accessible, and expansion of the sodded area. This was not a small revision by any means, and the builder absolutely would not have done all of this work for us without Sam advocating and negotiating on our behalf. We are so thankful that we had her throughout this process. Sam is extremely detail oriented, thorough, and an extremely hard worker. She is very familiar with a variety of areas in Georgia. I highly recommend her regardless of if you are buying or selling!
