I grew up in a Real Estate family; one that has had a brokerage in the family constantly since the 1950's. So for better or worse, I have a good idea of what a good RE agent looks and acts like. Jordan helped in the purchase of my current home.
Jordan could be the face in the dictionary for what you want to find in your real estate agent. First of all, his professional presence is second to none, he inspires the confidence that you will be well represented, and that whatever issues that will certainly arise in your real estate process are going to get solved, and they will stay solved. Problem solved, problem staying solved, Rangers lead the way. I'm pretty sure he can fight tigers too...
Next, his knowledge of the RE process and how to manage it is second to none. All of the tricky and annoying nuances and interaction that goes on between buyers and sellers never rise to the level of driving you to drink, because Jordan handles it.
Jordan even helped us manage some issues with the agents on the sales side of our process, even though he was our buying agent. He helped us navigate two agents that were, in my opinion, colluding. One of them represented the person buying the previous home, was out and out dishonest and creepy. And because of that agents actions, my closing had to be "re-scheduled" 4 times, and somehow Jordan managed to keep the seller of my home from torching the deal. How he did that, I have no clue; but he did.
Jordan is a rare breed of professional nowadays. Meaning, he's actually professional and knows what that means. His work ethic and discipline are second to none. His interpersonal skills are both hilarious and extremely impressive. His previous profession has assured that you'll not rattle him, but he can rattle whomever is making your process a challenge... :-)
If you cannot tell via all of the superlatives used in this review that I'm impressed with Jordan. He took a stressful situation and transaction, and made it surprisingly non-stressful and not so bad. Aside from working with a family member(and we as a fam tend not to do business with each other), I will never use anyone else.
